Ingredients

Instructions
  1. In a stand mixer, combine bread flour, oat milk, sugar, oat pulp, instant dry yeast, and salt.
  2. Mix the ingredients on low speed for 10 minutes.
  3. Add the softened butter to the mixture and continue mixing on low-medium speed using the hook attachment until the dough comes together, for about 10 - 12 minutes.
  4. Add in the raisins and knead until they are evenly distributed in the dough.
  5. Shape the dough into a ball and let it rise in a covered bowl until doubled in size.
  6. Preheat the oven to 175°C.
  7. Divide the risen dough into 12 equal portions and shape each portion into a ball.
  8. Place the dough balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving some space between each.
  9. Lightly brush the tops of the buns with oat milk.
  10. Bake the buns in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until they are golden brown and cooked through.
  11. Serve the oat milky and raisin buns warm. Enjoy!
