Do I need to soak the nuts?
No. Soaking is optional. It makes the milk a little creamier, but the machine works perfectly without it.
How long does the milk keep?
3 to 5 days in the fridge in a sealed bottle. With no stabilizers it separates naturally — just shake before serving.
Is it loud?
